By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site and its content. By accessing the Site and using “www.nostalgie.world”, and/or any other subdomains of the Site and it’s Content, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and meet all the appropriate requirements to enter into a binding contract with Saphire.
8. SaaS platform access
Access and Eligibility. The Platform (and its mobile applications) at the Site is available to individual consumers and business users who are at least 18 years old. If you register or use the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Payments, invoicing, taxes, and refunds (where applicable) are handled through the checkout provider presented to you at the point of purchase (currently, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for certain purchases).
Account Creation & Sign-In. Access to certain Services requires authentication (for example, via your Google account and/or email login, where available). By signing in, you authorize us to collect and store the information required to create and administer your account (such as your display name and email address, depending on the sign-in method you use). You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials; (b) all activity under your account; and (c) ensuring your account is used only by you (no credential sharing).
Account Data We Process. We process only the data needed to operate your account and verify purchase/access:
- Sign-in data (e.g., Google display name and email address, depending on the sign-in method you use);
- Purchase/access data from the checkout provider (e.g., transaction identifier and purchase status) to confirm access entitlement.
For details on purposes, legal bases, retention, transfers, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
Soft Reset Access Rules. Certain experiences (including the Soft Reset assessment and the personalized Report) are made available based on your account status and purchase status:
- Signed-out users cannot view the Report and will be redirected to sign in.
- Signed-in but unpaid users cannot view the Report and will be redirected to the paywall/checkout.
- Signed-in and paid users can access and view the Report.
We may verify purchase status and link it to your account to enforce these access rules.
9. Billing, Purchases, and taxes
One-Time Purchase. The current paid offering available through the onboarding flow is a one-time purchase that unlocks access to (i) your personalized Soft Reset Report and (ii) the related digital ebook “The Soft Reset” (together, the “Digital Products”). The current price is €14 plus applicable VAT (or other applicable taxes) as shown at checkout.
Checkout Provider. Purchases are processed by the checkout/payment provider presented to you at checkout (the “Checkout Provider”). The Checkout Provider may act as the contractual seller/merchant of record and may handle payment processing, invoicing/receipts, tax calculation and remittance (e.g., VAT), refunds, and chargebacks under its own policies and terms. Your payment contract may be with the Checkout Provider, while your use of the Services remains governed by these Terms between you and Saphire.
Lifetime Access. Where described as “lifetime access,” this means access for as long as we continue to make the relevant Digital Products available through the Services under your Account. Lifetime access is provided to the purchasing Account, is non-transferable, and may be suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms (for example, for fraud, abuse, or breach).
We may introduce additional paid plans (including subscriptions) in the future. If we do, the applicable pricing, renewal terms, cancellation methods, and any required consumer disclosures will be presented to you prior to purchase and will apply only prospectively.
Your billing portal is available at billing.nostalgie.world/billing.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Refunds and right of withdrawal (digital content)
Refunds. Refund eligibility (if any) for the Digital Products is governed by the policy presented to you at checkout and/or in your purchase receipt from the Checkout Provider. To request a refund (where available), you must follow the instructions provided by the Checkout Provider or contact us at info(at)nostalgie.world and we will direct your request appropriately.
Statutory Consumer Rights (EU/EEA). If you are an individual consumer located in the EU or EEA, you may have statutory rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain purchases under applicable consumer protection laws. However, where digital content or digital services are supplied immediately, you may lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, if you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (where such consent/acknowledgement is required).
Chargebacks. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Digital Products and/or suspension of your Account, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Service scope, availability, and support
Scope of Service. The Platform provides a digital self-reflection experience (the “Services”). This may include, without limitation, access to:
- interactive onboarding questionnaires/assessments (including a short quiz organized into themed sections);
- generation of personalized outputs based on your answers (such as a “plan” and a consolidated Report);
- gated access features that require you to be signed in and/or to complete a purchase to unlock the full Report;
- avatar customization and progression (including XP, streaks, badges, and similar game-like elements); and
- account features (including sign-in, purchase-status verification, and basic account administration); and
- support and service communications related to your account or access.
The Services are intended for personal, non-clinical self-reflection practices only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic services and must not be used as a substitute for professional care.
Features and content available to you may vary based on your account status, purchase status, device, and app version.
Availability. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available at all times. However, the Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, infrastructure issues, third-party service interruptions or other causes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee specific uptime or service-levels.
Support. Standard support is provided by email at info(at)nostalgie.world during normal business hours. Response times are typically within two (2) business days but are not guaranteed.
Changes to the Platform. We may add, modify, enhance, suspend or discontinue features, content, modules, or functionality at any time without prior notice. If we make a change that materially reduces functionality or access (for example removal of a core module), we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice, but this is not guaranteed.
Beta or Preview Features. Any feature labeled “Beta”, “Preview”, or similar is provided as-is for evaluation only and may be changed or removed at any time.
12. Acceptable use, rate limits, and security
Fair Use. You may use the Platform only for your own personal or business purposes. You must not:
- interfere with security features or attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication.
- access or attempt to access data outside your plan;
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-download Service Data;
- resell, redistribute, or publish Service Data;
- use Service Data to train AI, ML, or LLM models without our prior written consent;
Automation and Rate Limits. Any automated access must respect posted rate limits. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for excessive or abusive use.
Security Obligations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
13. License, ownership, and feedback
License to You. Subject to these Terms and, where applicable, payment of all fees due, Saphire grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and view the Service Data solely for your personal use (or internal business purposes, if you are a business user). This license continues for as long as you are permitted to access the Services under these Terms (including any applicable lifetime access entitlement), unless earlier terminated or suspended in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions. You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, publicly display, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, models or underlying logic of the Platform or Service Data (except as permitted by mandatory law);
- use the Platform or Service Data to provide services to third-parties, act as a service bureau, or use it for commercial resale;
- remove or obscure proprietary notices, marks or copyright legends contained in the Platform or Service Data; or

Ownership. All intellectual property rights, title and interest in and to the Platform, the Service Data, algorithms, models, user interface, dashboards, code, enhancements and any derivative works thereof remain exclusively with Saphire and its licensors. Your use of the Platform does not transfer to you any ownership in the foregoing.
Feedback. By providing any suggestions, comments or feedback (“Feedback”) regarding the Platform or Service Data, you hereby grant Saphire a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid, transferable and sublicensable license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute and exploit such Feedback in any manner. You also waive any moral rights you may have in connection with such Feedback.
