Disclosures and Disclaimer Agreement

Introduction

This Disclosures and Disclaimer Agreement governs the creation and dissemination of content across the website and subdomains operated by Saphire (the “Site”), applies to all websites and subdomains operated by us, including nostalgie.world, as well as related apps, newsletters, APIs, and social channels (collectively, the “Site”).

The Site may include automated or semi-automated outputs (including personalized Reports generated from user-provided answers during onboarding). These outputs are interpretive and informational only and are not representations of factual accuracy, diagnosis, or professional advice.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to our Terms of Service and this Disclosures and Disclaimer Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

1. Purpose and nature of content

The Site publishes reflective essays, educational materials, guides, and opinion pieces about self-love, emotional well-being, journaling, nostalgia, the attention economy, and related topics in culture and technology.

All content is provided for informational, creative, and educational purposes only and may reflect personal views, interpretations, and experience. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.

Guides, prompts, and practices are intended to be clear, gentle, and responsibly framed; however, you are solely responsible for how you choose to use them. You should independently assess any practice, make decisions based on your own judgment and circumstances, and seek qualified professional support where appropriate.

Parts of the Site and Services (including the Soft Reset Report) may be generated or assisted by automated systems. Outputs may be incomplete, contain errors, or be unsuitable for your circumstances.

We do not warrant real-time accuracy and assume no obligation to update or correct content, though we may do so at our discretion.

4. Editorial Independence and conflicts of interest

Editorial decisions are made independently of advertisers, sponsors, or affiliate partners.

If content is sponsored or produced in collaboration with a third party, such sponsorship will be clearly disclosed at the point of publication.

If we hold, trade, or have a material relationship regarding any asset, collection, or platform discussed, we will endeavor to disclose material conflicts in a clear and timely manner.

Visual universe and character illustrations for Nostalgie World are created in collaboration with illustrator Adamantia Chatzivasileiou. All such works are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Except as permitted by law or as otherwise stated, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Third-party links are provided solely for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services and do not endorse them unless expressly stated.

9. Warranty Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Site, it’s Content and any features or items obtained through the Site is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without any warranty of any kind either expressed or implied. You expressly understand and agree that access to and use of the Site is at your own risk.

SAPHIRE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE AND ANY PART OF IT AND ANY EXTERNAL WEBSITES AND YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND SAPHIRE MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE, CORRECTNESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SUITABILITY OF SUCH CONTENT FOR ANY USE, APPLICATION OR PURPOSE.

We and any person connected to us do not make any warranty or representation about the accuracy or completeness of the Site Content, pages, services, options and contents or the content of any third party websites linked to the Site or servers (“servers”) through which content is made available to users and we assume no responsibility or liability for (1) that your access to or use of the Site will meet your needs or expectations, (2) that your access or use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors or omissions, that errors will be corrected or that all questions raised will be answered, (3) that usage data provided through the Site will be accurate; and/or (4) that the Site or any Content, Services or Features available on or through the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; ea or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party.

You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and online transactions over the Internet and agree that we are not responsible for any breach of security.

Saphire under any circumstances, including the case of negligence, is not responsible for any form of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, contents, services and options of the Site, which the user does on his own initiative and with the knowledge of these terms. The cost of any corrections or services is borne by the user and under no circumstances by Saphire.

You acknowledge and agree that we have made the Site available to you and have entered into our Agreement and Terms of Service subject to the disclaimer of warranties and limitations of liability in this section. We could not provide the Site to you without these restrictions.

Without limiting the foregoing, Saphire disclaims any liability arising from reliance on data, indices, or from third-party API information incorporated within the Site.

10. Corrections, feedback, and takedowns

We welcome error reports and feedback at info(at)nostalgie.world.

We may correct, update, or remove content at our discretion and timing.

If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient detail for review.

11. Governing law; venue

This Agreement of the Saphire’s Site, as well as any modification or change thereof, are governed by national, European and international law.

It is hereby expressly agreed that any disputes arising from the application of this Agreement and the general use of Saphire’s Site by their visitor/user, if not resolved amicably, shall be governed by Greek law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki.

12. Changes to this agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.

Material changes may be announced on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

13. Relationship to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site Terms”). In case of conflict, the Site Terms control to the extent required by law; otherwise, the provisions are cumulative.

Nothing herein limits any additional disclaimers or limitations contained in the Site Terms.

For users of the Platform and any Digital Products (including the Soft Reset Report and the related ebook), this Agreement operates together with the Terms of Service, which govern access rights, payments (including one-time purchases, where offered), and permitted use of content and outputs.
